Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is available across the U.S.:
- Standard (3–7 business days) – $4.99
- Expedited (2–3 business days) – $9.99
- Overnight (Florida only) – $19.99
Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Local Pickup – Florida Only
We offer free local pickup in Largo, FL. Choose “Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our website through your order confirmation page.
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If returned, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they’ve been handed to the carrier. Contact the shipping carrier directly, but we’re happy to help you start a claim if needed.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
