Refund policy
At Gospel Garments, we want you to feel confident and inspired by every piece you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
- Not a final sale item (see below)
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as Final Sale)
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 14 days. Simply follow the same process as a return and indicate that you’d like an exchange.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at shopgospelgarments@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided address.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
